We are seeking a hands-on Production Line Operator to join our client’s busy manufacturing team in Basildon. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience in continuous production lines and machine operation who is looking for a long-term role with career potential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production line machinery and equipment
- Work with HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces) to manage machine performance
- Carry out quality checks to ensure high production standards
- Identify and report machine faults, assisting with minor troubleshooting
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with health & safety guidelines
- Support smooth production flow across multiple shifts
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, continuous production environment
- Confident in machine operation and using HMIs
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes
- Demonstrates initiative and a proactive approach to work
- Flexible to work on rotating or varied shift patterns
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
