Machine Operator
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Shifts: 06:00 – 15:30 Monday – Friday, no weekends
Location: Basildon
We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join a fast-paced production environment in Basildon. This role involves working on a continuous production line and requires someone with strong technical ability and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machinery effectively and safely.

Use HMIs (Human Machine Interfaces) confidently to adjust and oversee processes.

Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency on the line.

Proactively identify and resolve basic operational issues.

Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Machine Operator (essential).

Confidence using HMIs and related production equipment.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with initiative.

Safety-conscious with own safety shoes.

Reliability and commitment to a rotating shift pattern.
