About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our client’s team in Wickford. This is a full-time role, working weekdays only, and involves ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pack customer orders for dispatch
- Ensure items are securely packed and correctly labelled
- Load/unload deliveries and assist with stock management
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organised
- Follow all health & safety guidelines
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily and weekly targets

Requirements
- Previous warehouse or packing experience is desirable but not essential
