WHAT WE OFFER

Unique commission structure
£37,500 Realistic 1st year OTE

YOUR ROLE
· Develop your business.
· Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies through social media management and networking.
· Source, interview and register candidates
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through regular communication and relationship management techniques.
· Match the right candidates to the right vacancies.
· Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish.
· Make sales calls, follow up leads and identify new opportunities.
· Work towards targets and contribute to the success of the team.
· Deliver outstanding service to clients and candidates.

A full driving licence and access to your own transport are essential. You must live locally to the Basildon area.
