Product Assembler – Temp to Perm

£12.21 per hour | Monday to Friday | Rotating Shifts

GBN Staffing are currently recruiting Product Assemblers to join a busy and well-established manufacturing facility. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering stable hours, overtime, and long-term progression for the right candidate.

Pay & Hours

• Hourly Rate: £12.21 per hour
• Shifts (Weekly Rotation):
• Week 1: 06:00 – 14:00
• Week 2: 14:00 – 22:00
• Days: Monday to Friday
• Overtime: Available at enhanced rates
• Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Key Responsibilities

As a Product Assembler, your duties will include:

• Assembling final components to complete finished products
• Gluing foil to foam components accurately and safely
• Cutting foam to the correct size using hand tools and equipment
• Cleaning and finishing products to quality standards
• Carrying out general factory and production duties
• Following health & safety procedures at all times

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or factory work is desirable but not essential
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to work to production targets and quality standards
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced factory environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work rotating shifts
