Location: Grays, Essex
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
Hours: 8am – 4.30pm
Working Days: Monday-Friday
Job Overview
Our client is looking for a reliable and skilled Industrial Sewing Machine Operative to join their production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating industrial sewing machines to produce high-quality products in line with company standards and production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate industrial sewing machines efficiently and safely
- Sew materials according to specifications
- Ensure finished products meet quality standards
- Carry out basic machine checks and report any faults
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Meet production deadlines and output targets
Requirements
- Previous experience operating industrial sewing machines preferred
- Ability to work with different fabrics/materials
- Good attention to detail and quality-focused
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
