Administrative Assistant
Our agency is currently recruiting on behalf of a valued client for a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive workplace where you will provide essential administrative and accounts support to the wider team.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will play an important role in supporting daily operations and ensuring administrative processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales invoicing and purchase invoice processing
- Filing and maintaining tickets and related documentation
- Answering accounts-related calls and responding to enquiries professionally
- Providing general administrative support to current colleagues and management
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
- Prepare documents, reports, and general documentation as required
- Handle data entry and update internal systems accurately
- Coordinate office supplies and assist with day-to-day office management
- Support the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous administration or office support experience preferred
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident using Microsoft Office and general office systems
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented approach
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
